KICKED OFF VPN

"The service provider in your current location is restricting access to the internet. You need to log on with the service provider before you can establish a VPN session. You can try this by visiting any website with your browser".

As usual , AT & T is no help as usual.. refers me to their website. Chat is ' Busy:. SO INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATED. I NEED VPN to work!

We are here to help, @lcelticlady.

We'd recommend speaking with your IT department to see what settings need to be changed to use the VPN. If our input is needed in making these changes, feel free to reach back out with what the IT department recommends.

i found this forum post from 4 months ago, hope it helps

"I have the resolution. First I spoke with several AT&T support technicians, who were very polite but unable to fix the problem. I was about to give up and switch internet service providers when an IT support technician at my office suggested that I try disabling TCP/IPv6 (Internet Protocol Version 6) on my network card. I always use my Wi-Fi connection at home so I disabled IPv6 on my wireless network card, which immediately resolved the issue."
