Internet service Urgent need!!! I am a teacher and need to work remote for my students!!!!

I use to have DSL. I cut it off because my service was spotty. However, I have tried to get service again and it seems it's no longer available ??? My question is why then do my neighbors have service?? I am a teacher and need service asap so that I can communicate with me students during this difficult time and crisis.

I can't seem to get anyone to help me??? I again had this service and still have my At & T tower (NetGrear) it's only 6 months old. I need service during this crisis can you please help me?

An option would be adding an Unlimited plan with Hotspot to your smartphone if it is Hotspot capable. Depending on your device, it may have a Hotspot option already and here is out activate it.

Per our CVOID-19: Our Response page, AT&T will "Waive domestic wireless plan overage charges for data, voice or text for residential or small business wireless customers incurred because of economic hardship related to the coronavirus pandemic."

Most carriers are doing this.
