I got insulted for the phone assistant when I bought the internet plan.
How can I make a complain about an at&t assistant? He insulted me and called me (Edited per community guidelines) instead of my na in the e-mails and App. I have all the e-mails and screen shots to prove but I can’t find a way to do it. Please help me. I’m really disappointed.

I tried to use that chat but is automatic messages. It can’t help. I can’t explain anything. I also called the Costumer Service and the assistant said you guys don’t have an e-mail or anything we can use to complain about something. Maybe that’s why the assistant insulted me he knew nothings is going to happen with him because the costumer doesn’t have voice. I’m really disappointed
