How do I file a formal complaint with att with out talking to customer service?

I am formally writing a complaint regarding the gross p**** channels on TV. These gross p*** o viewings are forced on us by interrupting programs that we subscribe to and even recorded programming. These gross pictures are being shown during family time and are disgusting. I want to know why this is taking place. I am formally writing the FDA and my congressman regarding this very inappropriate advertising that is being forced upon us. TL
