Fixed wireless internet

No show on tech coming out. Att unable to explain why and can’t even give me a new date for a tech visit. I have been waiting 3 days now to get a call back.

The service is not working. The amount of time spent in the phone being transferred and put on hold is ridiculous.

Fixed Wireless Internet from cell tower with antenna mount system is installed and repaired by DirecTv techs normally contractors or sub contractors which from summer 2015 to summer 2021 ATT owned DirecTv.

Once sold in 2021 ATT requests for service have to be scheduled thru DirecTv which would explain the inability to say why a tech failed to show or to schedule a new appointment.

If ATT AIR is available for your address would recommend switching, still cellular tower service but no tech support… equipment shipped to, install near window facing assigned cell tower for best signal. Lower monthly, higher speeds, no data cap.

My service is still out after a week, calling in to AT&T so-called "support" they are still clueless about Fixed-Wireless accounts. Entering my account # goes nowhere online / chat/ call-in and cannot be found -> they do not understand and only say, "well its new". Hmm, 3 years is not new anymore as an excuse and you (AT&T Technical Support staff) should be trained on it by now! Fixed wireless is still not in the AT&T system for Support calls!!!!!!!! Why?
