Error Trying To Login into My AT&T Account ....

Per the Screen Shot, I receive the Error Message as indicated. I've tried CCleaner to clear cookies,all to no avail. Can someone provide some assistance ??

As a matter of fact, yes. To be specific, several times over the past few days. In reality, since I've had AT&T Internet/Phone service (years now), the password that I've set-up for my account on day 1 has not worked on day 2. I know I'm entering the correct password because I have a PassWord manager that supplies the correct UserId/PassWord combination at login time. The same situation arose when I implemented the Smart Home app on my Android Phone ... always Invalid User/Password combination. So, basically every time I try to access my AT&T account or use the Smart Home app, I've had to reset my PassWord. I chatted with your tech support people for about 2 hours a couple of days ago, and the fourth person I chatted with wanted to sell me some ConnectTech service for $15 monthly (minimum 1 yr. commitment) to resolve the problem which he said is being caused by a 'corrupt browser extension'. I find this hard to believe as I am not experiencing this password issue with any other web sites that I use. I am a senior basically living on a fixed income and I don't think I should have to pay an extra $15 monthly to fix a problem which I didn't cause. I truly wish I could get some honest technical support on this !! While we're at it, could someone give my Internet connect a 'jump start' ?? I frequently experience website NOT RESPONDING messages, connection timeouts, and a plethora of other errors which I believe are attributable to slow connection speeds.For $95/monthly, I think I deserve better technical support and product performance.

We'd love to take a closer look into this for you. To get started, we suggest that you uninstall the App on your device, clear cache and a browsing history on your device, restart the device and re-install the App.

Did as you suggested .... no dice. Also, same issue with password has arisen with my Username at forums.att.com in that I have to reset my password to establish access to my account. every time I attempt to login. So, it appears that this problem is common to the AT&T family of apps. I suspect your password database is corrupt. This is very frustrating !! Please advise .
