Did anyone get notification of a $5 increase in the DSL service?
When my DSL bill went up (after the year long discounted period), the bill went up $15. I called and the agent I spoke with was extending my 'discount' period to my previous amount. I called back because I couldn't access my bill on line, and was told over the phone that the bill was $5 more than what I expected.
I was told that the high speed went up $5 and I had been notified in a previous bill. I checked the last 4 bills and found nothing about a rate increase. Was anyone else notified about a $5 rate increase for the highest speed DSL plan? If so when and how were you notified.
