Data breach

I am a former customer who was affected by the AT&T data breach. My data is on the dark web due to this security breach. AT&T has not sent me any kind of notification to let me know my data was affected and has not offered me any ID theft protection. When does AT&T plan to help it's former customers who were adversely affected
