Change service address

How do I change my service address for my house internet ?  The address is incorrect.  I signed up for the free internet for life package but haven’t been able to get someone to install the internet as I’m told the service address needs to be updated.  The sales agent that signed me up said they forgot to check for the address for the internet.  I have been back to location close to 10 times but the sales agent finally admitted they don’t know how to fix the issue.
