att.com Customer Website Access : Time

Hi, Had been having problems accessing my att.com account online due to requirement that I Link Accounts with Common User ID.  I got to a live person with Tech Support that helped me get the whole "Linking" thing resolved.  In doing so, I had to log out and back in many times of the 2+ hours while I was on the phone with Tech Support.

That experience causes me to ask about why the att.com website is soooooooo Slow.  It takes almost a minute from the time I login until I, finally, get to my accounts page.  Any chance that things might improve soon?

Thanks , Valdar

Hi, @Valdar!

Thanks for reaching out. We can understand how frustrating that can be. Logging in may take a little time but in this case, if you were having issues, spent 2+ hours troubleshooting with us and recently linked your accounts, it's possible you have built up a cache that may be slowing down the site loading instead of it's intended purpose to increase the speed.

Our recommendation is to clear all history in your browser and try again. If this is a mobile device, you may need to reboot that device or force close the app as well.

Let us know how this works!

Thanks,  Seems as though flushing cookies and browsing data made a noticeable difference.
