Internet not available at my address; have a fiber box in my backyard
AT&T website says internet is not available at my address [new house]. There is an AT&T fiber box in my backyard. A house is being built behind me, and when I enter that address it shows AT&T internet is available.
How do I get this issue resolved?

Call and ask for an address validation to be created, should be given a number… engineering has to verify and update records, normally 3 to 4 weeks.
Provide the address of the box you believe your connection will be coming from and addresses of those that can receive the service.

I’m guessing that your address hasn’t made it into their backend systems yet. And no, I’m not suggesting anyone here in the forum can help. I suspect ultimately you’ll have to wait for things to settle down and catch up. This is Att we’re talking about here.
