Why is fiber not available when my neighbors have it?
Our next door neighbors have fiber available. Their fiber box isn’t more than 75 feet from my living room. Is there a process to request fiber? All I’m told is that it isn’t available. No one can tell me when it will be or if it will be. Our current internet isn’t good.

Call 800.288.2020 and request an address verification. Be prepared to provide the addresses of your neighbors on either side of you (not across the street from you) that have fiber service. This process took 2 - 3 weeks before the pandemic, no idea how long now.

I called the number a few months ago. Their answer was they don't know when Fiber will be available? If AT&T employees do not know, who knows then? Who should we contact to get the facts? Are we ever going to get AT&T Fiber in our area? 48323?
