AT&T Technician says I have access to Fibre. But AT&T sales site says only sales package is 50MB only.
Hello, I have AT&T technicians at my house moving circuit hardware to a new poll. I asked the technician if I will have access to Fibre and he said yes. I am currently on crappy Xfinity and would love to switch in a heartbeat. When going on the AT&T internet sales website, I type in my address and only have access to 50Mb options. How do I go about remediating this and switching over to AT&T?

Presuming it's residential fiber and depending on exactly where they are in the whole process, it's possible that you won't actually be able to order fiber for many many months. There are a lot of steps between initial deployment of the fiber until you can actually get an Internet connection and some, like shortages of employees and critical pieces of equipment, can really put a halt on the whole thing.
All you can do is keep checking that page.
