Address issues, new Fiber Service.

I am moving to a new neighborhood and was ordering internet service.

I was able to pull the address during the day on my work computer. However, while completing my order, due to a meeting, the order timed out.

End of the day, I decided to order again on my home computer, but I am no longer able to pull my address up.

If there's never been AT&T service at the address or the address is listed with the post office you may need to get an address validation.  If they tell you when you order that your address isn't in their data base ask for one.

Thank you @spoom2 and @ATTHelp for the help. I was able to place the order successfully.

The issue was, the address was not being auto-completed and was not coming up in the dropdown when you check for availability.

I manually typed in my address searched for it, and on the next page it showed that ATT is available.
