Uverse Fiber Speeds capped during gaming sessions.

I've noticed that while gaming my fiber speeds seem to be significantly lower/capped off. While gaming applications are opened and running a speed test I've noticed only 10 meg/sec if that and upstream is even lower. I understand these speeds are fine for gaming, but not for streaming/upping bitrate for quality.

If I had known this I would have went with a different ISP fiber is great the entire reason we went with TV/Net from ATT was because of the fiber allowed within our location. Is there a way around this?

With gaming applications closed I've noticed my speeds are right where they should be, but are quickly capped once certain gaming applications are opened again. Anyone else experience this?

As far as my Network utilization it might hit 0.1% when the system is idling so nothing is really pulling anything out of character.
