RF interference caused by ATT fiber

I am a Ham radio operator.

After ATT fiber was installed in my neighborhood on 6/25/22, I started and continue to receive RF noise interference from an ATT Fiber box in the ground located about 100 yards from my home. There are several junction boxes closer to my home and through the neighborhood  with no RF leakage issues

The interference started immediately after a neighbor had ATT fiber installed.

I located the interference by walking around the neighborhood with a radio.

The frequency of the RF leakage is 144.77 MHZ.

The RF leakage is causing direct interference to a Ham repeater used by approximately 40 ham operators.

I cannot find the appropriate contact to report this issue to ATT.

Why wouldn't you just report it to the FCC and let them deal with it?

Could it be near a power source or power line that was exposed or damaged during the AT&T Fiber infrastructure installation?

Dave, we know that never happens!  😁
