OLD Att easement

I am a builder trying to build a house in Randolph County NC. There is a easement running through middle of property. Some neighbors state it is no longer an active easement but it's still on plat for the community. Can you provide contact information to an engineer who could possibly assist in this issue. Owner has contacted local Att offices and has not received any help.

An easement shouldn't be in the middle of a property, unless the boundaries have been redrawn. For engineering log into the business forum you'll need to re-register, you'll find engineering under business apps and solutions. Have you called for a locate to see if there's anything buried there?
