My wi fi not work

I can’t registration in my phone and connecting WiFi

Hi @Valik Harbuz! We understand that you're unable to connect your device to Wi-Fi gateway. We hear you, and we're happy to assist you.

 

We recommend that you to ⁠Restart your Wi-Fi gateway.
 

Also, use Smart Home Manager to restart your gateway.

  1. Sign in to Smart Home Manager and select Network.
  2. Scroll to and select Home Network Hardware.
  3. Select Wi-Fi Gateway and then Restart.
  4. Select Restart again.

Heads-up : Restarting your gateway to refresh your Internet connection. Just unplug the power connection behind the gateway for about 15 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for the Broadband light to turn green.

 

If the issue still persist, please try changing your ⁠Wi-Fi Info.
