My installation was canceled?
My service box installation was cancelled by AT&T and they won’t let me set out a new appointment and instead just sent me the gateway- which says it needs a service box to use. I don’t know what to do, I’ve tried looking through every FAQ/Forum and it seems this is not an issue others are having and I can’t get through to a representative on the phone. Please help I’ve already been charged for this wifi I can’t even set up.

If equipment was shipped to you means existing service was previously established.
What service did you order?
What equipment was shipped?
Depending on the service may be a phone jack, a dedicated jack, or fiber jack that could be any room, closet or basement location. Is this for a single family house, apartment or condo?
