Install Fiber?
I live in a communty of 95 homes and I would bet you more than 75% would sign up for fiber optic if AT&T would bring it from the box in the street into the neighberhood. Spent 2 hours on the phone with the "Help Desk" spoke to 3 people to no avail. How can we get this done????

Given the current global situation with companies laying off people and working off of skeleton crews your "request" is going to take awhile to go thru the system before it is even considered. And then it will take a whole bunch of regulatory hoops to jump thru, which will be controlled by the feds. Good luck.
