AT&T will provide you with a Gateway that offers routing, 4 Ethernet ports (switch function) and Wi-Fi service.

Could you be a bit more specific on what you want to accomplish and what you have, if anything, so far.

Have you actually requested Internet service? At that time, you should be given the option of 'self-install' or 'full tech install'.
Self Install means that service has been at your address previously and all connections are still there. Full Tech Install means that there has never been fiber service at your address and it will require a tech.

If they gave you the self-install option, that indicates that fiber service was installed at sometime in the past.
Have you found any kind of AT&T equipment on an outside wall or in the garage or basement? If you cannot find the equipment (which happens), you will need to call CS back to request a full Tech install which is $99.

We can help you get your Internet connected, 1muldrow.
We'll have to send a technician out to set everything up for you. Keep in mind, that as skeeterintexas stated, there will be a $99 installation fee.
Let's meet in the Direct Messages to get started. Look for the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums.
Talk to you soon.
