Broken ground cover

There has been a broken ground cover on my property for at least a year with no one responding to my requests to come and replace it. I had a conversation with my HOA and they advised me to contact you again to have this issue resolved. I am attempting once again to have this cover replaced. I have reached out several times by phone so I feel I am no longer liable for any injuries on my property due to this broken cover.

I am simply asking for someone to come out and replace it.

I've same issue. It's new property, AT&T crew installed fiber a month ago. How do I get it replaced?

Afternoon Tilak,

My property is new as well. Submit your request here. Someone should reply in 24-48hr, maybe. It took a minute for them to actually replace it.

Hello, I have the same issue at my property, we had some flooding and my ground cover is nowhere to be found. I called and requested a replacement but the one they brought out was too big. How can I go about getting mine replaced?
