If there are no reported outages in the area then what could it be if no one else in the apartment building is experiencing this issue?

Is your service down? If not, don’t worry about. Sign in to your account and run ufix to see if any line problems are detected.

normally RED alarm means low light or no light detected....

 

However your PON light is not solid on, therefore may have an issue with the ONT.

Did you try turning power on unit off, wait 20 seconds then back on?

No my service is nonworking it has been down since yesterday - not happy
with AT&T their service, their support, their product. I have internet in
my new apartment. For 1 week and now it doesn’t work.
