Everything but my printer connect to fiber

I’ve spent days reading and trying suggestions that have worked for others and I’m about to toss my printer into the pool. This is it. Last attempt.

BGW320 and printer is EpsonWorkforce 845.

Prior to att fiber being installed, this was the best printer I’ve ever owned.

The printer recognizes/sees available network (main and guest) but trying to connect to either says connection failed.

I got Printer connected via WPS but printer still doesn’t appear on SmartHome app.

Sending test pages to print from laptop or phone say printer is offline.

I’ve rebooted everything, reinstalled printer driver, unplugged printer, unplugged router, moved printer 3 feet from router, changed name of 2.4 Gz, etc.  All of these and combination of such MULTIPLE times to no avail. How could a perfectly good printer just not connect?

I'm new to this too but I was having the same problem. Under Home Network>Wifi hit Show Advanced Options. Under the 2.4 Ghz Wifi Section change the mode to include "b" ie b/g/n/AX

I thin my older printer preferred the "b" mode.
