All devices on my Pace 5268AC have static IP how to change back to DHCP
I got AT&T Internet 1000 my router is a Pace 5268AC.
Since I switched to AT&T I'm struggling to get my VoIP phone to work properly. Out going calls work just fine, but if there is a incoming call
it is not working. The phone rings, if we pick up the call there is no audio in both ways. After a couple seconds the caller has an incoming call and if he picks this call up the audio connection with mu IP phone is established.
This is what I think lead to my static IP problem. After a lot of research I changed the IP address from my IP phone to static and opened
some ports. Did not work, same issue than before.
I wanted to change the IP from my phone back to DHCP, but that is not possible, all IP addresses are static now and there is no option in Address Assignment for DHCP.
What to do?

Greetings @Lucan01!
Thank you so much for reaching out in regards to your router. Unable to get incoming calls is no fun as well as not even having audio both ways. I do apologize you are experiencing this. I am more than happy to assist!
May I ask if you have factory reset the Wi-Fi gate way and resetting the Pace 5268ac? If not you can be locating the reset button on the back of the gateway, then press and hold the button for 10 seconds. Allow the gateway to restart and all of the status lights are lit, if successful, the Broadband and Service lights will be solid green.
Please note if you had any custom settings, resetting the router will delete them as well as any Wi-Fi network names you had set.
Hope this helps!

I have the same issue. I factory reset it and STILL can only see Static IP - No DHCP.
