I ordered internet service on the 8th of May. It got cancelled on the 11th. I am YET to receive my refund for the $100. It’s been 2 weeks. I have called FOUR TIMES NOW and every single time, I get an Indian person who has absolutely no idea what they are doing. I’m at the point of getting a L A W Y E R and it will be completely worth it when I get my $100 plus A T T O R N E Y fees. I JUST WANT MY MONEY YOU THIEVES HAVE TAKEN FROM ME.

DON’T ASK ME FOR AN ACCOUNT NUMBER BECAUSE I DON’T HAVE ONE. I have an order number and an email confirmation of both the order and the cancellation. Plus, I have proof that you took $100 out of my bank account!!!
