The AT&T Internet Security Suite is only available to AT&T High Speed Internet and DSL customers at this time.

I am logged in with the @att.net user ID but still getting this Eligibility notice:

- I've been att high speed internet customer for almost 2 yrs not and haven't had any luck with this. Spoke to tech suppoert and MacAfee. MacAfee states its an ATT problem and ATT is obviously clueless as always :)

I have subscribed anti virus from another provider and I believe ATT should reimburse this.

Thank you for coming to us about your trouble with the AT&T Internet Security Suite, anandjoshi.

The AT&T Internet Security Suite has been replaced with AT&T AntiVirus Plus. If you'd like to use this feature, you would have to remove your existing security software, and do a pre-installation cleanup on your computer first. Here are the steps to download it:

Go to AT&T AntiVirus Plus and select Download Now.
Enter your user ID and password.
If you have internet speeds of:
- 3Mbps or higher, go to Step 4.
- 1.5Mbps or lower, select Buy Subscription. You can purchase a subscription for $5 per month.
Follow the prompts to download and install AntiVirus Plus.
