Service Outage due to new equiptment installation in area.

Lost all internet service at 1130 10/13/23. No television, no phone, and no WiFi.  Outage information said it would be restored by 1600. At 1600 new message said it would be restored at 1900. At 1900 new message said it would be restored by 2300 10/13. This morning a new message said it would be restored at 1100 10/14. At 1100 new message said it would be restored by 1600 10/14, the next message said it would be restored by 1900 10/14. Finally at 1900 another new message said it would be restored bo 2300 10/14. I fully expect to wake up tomorrow with a message stating the internet will be restored by 1100 10/15.

Frankly, I think it's a bit ludicrous to provide information which completely evades reality. What's even more ludicrous is to perform this kind of installation  with inadequate foresight into the duration of the project. I wouldn't want to be you having to field endless calls today and tomorrow  because of all the football games. We've had a couple of your competitors laying fiber in our city recently and I'm sure they'll benefit from this little faux pas.

How do you know the outage is due to new equipment installation? There could be a main fiber line damaged that will require multiple days to fix. Maybe the new fiber companies damaged the Att lines. There could  be damage to your fiber line. Have you called in to report your outage? Restarted your gateway to see if your service comes back up?
