Payment and timing
I am interested in the time frame you have to pay your bill before fees or cancellations
Its due the 21st but I wont have the full amount until the 23rd
Will I have to be disconnected or is it chil till until the end of the month?

The due date on your bill is the date that the payment is due by, and if you don't pay it then your services may get disconnected. We recommend that you set up a payment arrangement, so that you are able to pay later and your services will not get turned off.
