HBO Max not available

My internet stopped working,  so I had to have someone come out and fix the issue. After they fixed the issue, they also changed my internet subscription and hbo max. So after I tries a few agents to explain that my service had been changed without my knowledge and not my doing. The internet was changed back to what I had but I was told that Hbo max couldn't be added cause of a change in my account. When the only change was due to the fault of the AT&T tech. I should still have access to Max cause the change was not due to my doing.
