AT&T Gigapower 1Gbps used to be great!... now - not so much

For over a year now, I have consistantly had speeds of 930-940Mbps up and down.  Ever since they came out and replaced the fiber to my house it has been between 700-800MBps U/D.  Had them come out again today and the tech says he doesn't see anything wrong.  Light levels are perfect - CO connections are good.  We even swapped the gateway with no better results.  To me - this may point to the gigapower account profile for my account being limited.  Not my hardware/connections/ONT/Fiber lines.   How can I get someone to take a good look at my gigapower 1Gbps profile?  Or help me figure this out if it is not a profile issue.  I would like to get my speeds back on point.

Any AT&T senior level folks want to give me a hand with this?  It would be greatly apprecaited!
