403 Forbidden Error for Zillow.com, Tidal.com, Appsumo.com

Over the past year, I've been getting the 403 error or 403 Forbidden message when trying to access popular sites. The impacted websites seem to change week to week, but most recently, I received these errors for sites like Zillow.com, Tidal.com, Appsumo.com - among others, that I can't access. When I use a VPN on my AT&T service, I have no issues reaching them, nor do I when I use a hotspot off of the AT&T network or try to reach these sites on my mobile device using mobile data. So, it seems to be specific to my AT&T Fiber service (and likely my AT&T-issued IP address) - when I'm on the network.

To troubleshoot, I have tried to reboot, and factory reset my BGW320 gateway, I have tried to turn off all security, and I have removed my Orbi router from the chain and used the gateway directly. I also tried to use the feature in the gateway that refreshes the IP address, but it won't change it. None of these variables helped. Also, I have checked my IP address on a couple of sites, and it's not blacklisted. I called tech support, and they could only suggest that I reach out to the owners of these websites to file a ticket, but again it only happens when I'm on AT&T's fiber network (these are very popular sites, and I'm not calling Jay-Z to see why his Tidal streaming service is blocking my AT&T IP).
