Hi,

I recently have not been able to log into my sbcglobal.net account. Using my original username and password, the response was that they were invalid. So then I tried to reset my password giving the correct security question answers, and was unable to reset it. The response I received was that there should only be letters or numbers in the password, even though I followed the instructions.
