e-mail

I reset my ID and password and it works fine when signing into AT&T, but when I try to sign in to my e-mail account the program keeps throwing in the old ID replacing the updated ID.  How can I eliminate the old ID to keep it from coming back?

Can you be a bit more specific?  What "program" are you using?

I,m not sure; I have Windows 10 but that's all i know.  I usually don't have any problems with surfing and getting into my e-mail but AT&T changed the rules and wanted everybody to reset their ID in e-mail format.  I did that but like I said, the sign in program keeps throwing the old ID in and of course, its not recognized.

Sounds like maybe you're using a web browser to access your email.  If you look at the icon you click to open this program, does it look like one of these....?

We are here to help you get your email back up and running, Redbird1927.

Here is more information about how to troubleshoot your email if it is not working.

We suggest that learn about Oauth and Secure Mail Keys. These are added security measures to protect your email against hackers and fraudsters. They are needed for your email to work properly.

Let us know if this helps.
