Why Does AT&T Block Code Sent From Afterpay?

I find this to be EXTREMELY frustrating. There are so many questions and very few answers on why AT&T blocks SMS codes. I haveeastef my time by trying all of your “solutions” and none of them work. I’ve tried Apple as well, and it’s not because of my iPhone 11, a blocked number, etc. 

Most of us are adults posting here and we should be able to use our devices without our cellular carrier interfering this way. It’s getting to the point that we are thinking of moving our service to Verizon. 

I’d like to be able to sign up for Afterpay because it is a convenient service. I would like it if AT&T would allow me to use my device as I want rather than prevent me, and many others, from signing up for this service. 

FIX THIS, please. Thank you.

Are you having issues with short codes in general or is this happening solely with Afterpay? If this is happening solely with Afterpay, you may want to reach out to them. 

 

Also, you mentioned that you've tried solutions. Could you please specify exactly what you've tried? That way, we'll have a better idea of how to proceed.

I use Afterpay with no problems. Check your unknown senders or spam folder. Their texts are probably going there.
