Unlock in progress for days
Hi,
I’m trying to unlock 3 at&t iPhones I have. I went through the unlock procedure on at&t’s website and confirmed the requests. All of them are past the 2 business day deadline. When I check the status it still says in progress. Can anything be done?

If approved, you only need to connect with iTunes. If the phones are very old, they may take more time, but ATT should have notified you.

Hi, I checked them over there, that’s where I got the in progress information. They are newer models, so I don’t know what could be the problem. @ATTMobilityCare

You can call and speak with tech support. They should be able to tell you what the hold up is, and review requirements if needed.
If Tech support can’t help, file an FCC complaint.
