texting issues
I have tried to use internet information to send text messages to other than a 10 digit phone number. for example it might say "text HELP to 123456" but the error message says invalid must use 10 digit number. What is the resolution?

No need to be rude. Maybe that "123456" number is missing a few digits. Can you Reply to the text without using the numbers given?

Here we go again, why aren't you reading what the issue really is? It has nothing to do with replying to a text message, I'm not having any problems texting to anyone with a valid email or 10-digit phone number.
As you see in the screen shot (I do not want to do this particular message, it is only and example to show you what I'm dealing with). It is not possible to send a text message from my phone (iPhone 7) to the number 30330, as it immediately responds with "not valid 10-digit number" error message from ATT.
