Sim not valid
I got a phone that gave to me by my aunt. this device's carrier was at&t and i need to unlock this device so i can put my own sim card on it. I also can't see the at&t international hot line.

If you aren't an AT&T customer there is no hotline for you.
The phone is still locked to AT&T. If it has been registered on AT&T and used for a minimum amount of service it can be unlocked through the computer portal. It can only be unlocked if it meets the requirements
