reset voice mail password for my prepaid at&t account

This is Richard, with AT&T’s Community and Forums Team.  Thank you for reaching out to us to assist you with your voicemail.  I am here to help!

You can reset the voicemail password anytime.  You will need to be using our network to make the new password.

• Go to Account & service > My Wireless;
• Select the device you want to manage;
• Select the option, “Reset voicemail password” and follow the prompts;
• A temporary password will be sent via SMS text message to your phone;
• Once you use the temporary password, please change the password.
