request unlock device
I have been a customer before currently, I'm not . I don't own any bill, I tried to request to unlock my device for two months but they
refused because I was cancer my account they couldn't find my old information. I don't understand why they at&t don't have any
information at all. So far I can not use my device because AT&T still locks. The way AT&T does this is not fair to customers.
Could you please what should I do.

When you fill out the online request the first thing they ask you is if you have an AT&T number. There's a little bubble for yes and another one for no. If you are filling in the bubble next to the word no, they would not be looking for an AT&T phone number at all
Try again. Make sure you are carefully filling out all parts of the form

I have tried to fill in both but not success. AT&T customer service couldn't tell me why they could not find my account. I do not know
what should I do. Is there anyone who can help me?
