Recovering deleted messages from iPhone
Trying to recover deleted message from my iPhoneXR. I do regular back ups but I could not find any of my old messages in the iCloud back up. Is there another way?

Unless they are in a backup or on the phone, they are gone. If you deleted the messages from the phone, and then the phone did a regular backup, then the messages are gone from the backup too.

Maybe you can try iPhone data recovery tool or look for help from repair shop.
