please help unlock my iphone
Hi! I upgrade my older iphone 5s to new device I upgraded and deactivated the phone on 5/11/2017. It was on my personal account. but now 5/27/2017 i try to unlock my older iphone 5s, but device unlock portal says "Looks like you recently upgraded this device, so we can’t unlock it yet. Try a new request in 14 days. Wait 30 days if this is a business account." Can you help unlock my older device iphone 5s 14 days have passed, but the portal still does not allow unlocking. imei: **

I used to unlock my old phones once I had received & activated a replacement from AT&T. Now i'm getting "Looks like you recently upgraded this device, so we can’t unlock it yet. Try a new request in 14 days. Wait 30 days if this is a business account." This is very frustrating as every day I wait the price lowers 😞 How can we get past this as I just want to sell my old phone that I paid for.

@whodatguy Try putting in the unlock request as a non customer. The unlock portal is interpreting your request as being for the new phone, not the old phone.
