Order stuck on Label Created for a month

I ordered my phone on September 21st and on October 7th it said label created.

It has been stuck like that ever since.

I have tried to contact AT&T 4 times now because I’m already getting charged for the phone.

this order needs to be canceled 

How do I get this resolved? This is theft
