Hi, I’ve had this happen a few times, sometimes for 3 days straight. My mom and I both have 0 service on our phones. It has been like that since yesterday night. I live in Ohio if that makes any difference.

Sometimes a network issue may arise after a severe storm moves through your area.  In general these types of network issues will be resolved within 48-72 business hours.  Make sure you both are power cycling your devices on a regular basis.

 

What we recommend is to review our coverage support page which includes information about Wi-Fi calling to help supplement coverage in your home.

Yeah we tried that and it didn’t work but the issue is fixed now. It’s funny because I think we did have a storm a day or so before we lost our service, I didn’t know that could interfere. Thanks for your response!
