never received the email to confirm my unlock request
Hi there!
I never received the email to confirm my unlock request. I've checked my spam folder as well but there is nothing there.
I re-submitted and now I have to 2 request numbers.

Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

We understand you have already submitted the request twice, but it could take up to 48 hours to receive the email to confirm your device unlock request.
Please keep in mind the confirmation can be in a text message.
