iPhone 13 Not Loading ANYTHING

I have an iPhone 13 that I bought about 2 months after it released. I have had no problems until the last 2 weeks when every single website, app, or iMessage has trouble loading or sending. It's gotten so bad the "send as text message" struggles to send. 

I have an unlimited plan, I've switched between 5G On, 5G Auto, 5G Standalone, and LTE. It loads perfectly fine on airplane mode when connected to WiFi.
