Iphone 11 pro max unlocking Request is Not Submitting
Hi,
im trying to carrier unlock my iphone 11 pro max but when i submit the request it doesn’t gone through. It appears the message “We can't unlock this device for you because we didn’t sell or activate it”. Im sharing a screenshot of that situation. Please help me what to do. MY IPHONE IS CLEAN AND ALLREADY PAID OFF.

Did you buy the phone from AT&T and has the phone ever been used on the AT&T network? I think this phrase is the new version of “this isn’t an AT&T device”, meaning that the IMEI isn’t in their database.
Also, you need to edit the screenshot to remove your visible name.

Also if the phone was ever replaced by warranty or Insurance the IMEI is not the one AT&T has recorded for your phone on your account.

My previous iphone was lost and i got this from my insurance. I talked to apple as’ll they call at&t but didn’t got any solution. So please tell me that do i need to talk to my insurance company or what i have to do.? Please guide me.

@dwill05 that name doesn’t matter,,, i tried with my name and the same thing happened so i tried some other names and same problem occurred. This phone is replaced phone from my insurance. So what do u think , i need to do?

As I wrote, your IMEI is wrong.
Call at&t and explain its a replacement phone and correct the imei
Then you'll be able to unlock it
