Hi @anshiap76,
Is your dad able to receive calls from anyone else? If not it could be a few things.
Things I can think of are that call forwarding to voicemail is enabled or that there is a network or device issue.
To see if call forwarding is enabled, do the following on your dad's phone:
You can see pictures of how to do this at https://www.att.com/device-support/index/Samsung/SamsungG935A/. Follow steps 1 through 5.
If it's not that and you've confirmed your dad hasn't accidentally blocked you on his phone, you may want to call AT&T with your dad for further support. Unless your dad just happens to have no signal when you call him or there's a network issue, that shouldn't happen.
Hope this helps!

Have you ever found a solution for this? I’m having the same issue with my sister. She has a Galaxy S9+, I have an iPhone XR and we are both using AT&T. So frustrating! The local store doesn’t even know what is causing it!

I have a Galaxy S9+. I recently "starred" my son's contact so that his phone # would always be on top of my contacts. Right after I did that he couldn't call me. His calls would show up in recents with a blue circle and a line through it. His calls went straight to voice mail and I wasn't even notified that he had called. As the only thing I changed was the "starring" I undid that and his calls come through ok now.

I’ve been having the same issues with my father for the past half year, my calls to him go straight to voicemail but he’s able to call me. He has an iPhone 13 and I have an iPhone 12. We’ve already been on the phone with At&t support and they weren’t able to fix the issue. Any recommendations of what to do?

@iggyris I don't know if you have managed to solve this problem, but its started happening to me recently too with my boyfriend's number (very annoying as he is in the RAF and is constantly based all around the country). Even when he is home, I can't call him and I thought it might be sim card related?
When he travelled to Bahrain for a month, he purchased a monthly Sim card that would allow us to call every night. Since returning and swapping back to his O2 sim, he has been able to call me but I can't call him. I phoned Vodaphone (my provider) regarding this issue and they advised that nothing was wrong with my Sim but we should both try Mobile Data> Network Selection> Turn off Automatic> Press Vodaphone UK and turn our phones off.
I am giving this a try tonight. If you happened to have solved the problem, could you let me know :)
