Hello, @Jeffarii,

Thanks for reaching out on unlocking your device. Here are things to know about unlocking you device through AT&T. Was your device on an AT&T postpaid account for sixty days with no past due or unpaid balance or on an AT&T prepaid account for six months? If it meets that and the other requirements listed in the preceding link, let us know and we can investigate further.

Have a great week.

Hi, my iphone is on a postpaid account but it has not been 60 days since it’s been paid off. I would say it would be about 2 weeks since i paid it off. Does that still meet the requirement?

Hello, @Jeffarii,

It doesn't have to be sixty days since you paid off the phone to unlock it but, if it was on a postpaid account, it will have needed to have been on the account for sixty days. If it meets that, let us know.
