Getting calls from people not in my phone but I know them and then them leaving a voice mail which is a recording of their voice mail. My phone is supposedly calling them and they say they didn't call me

We understand how important is to be connected and let's get the help you need.

Try resetting your network settings.

If you're using iOS, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
On Android, go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.
Switch on and turn off the Airplane mode.
Make sure your device software is up to date.
Also ensure to reset your Voicemail.
